What the evidence supports
NAD biology is scientifically interesting, and oral precursors can change NAD-related biomarkers. Direct evidence for commercial NAD⁺ infusions is extremely limited.

Keep in perspective
Raising a blood biomarker does not establish improved energy, cognition, healthspan or lifespan. Human IV studies are small, short and have not demonstrated those outcomes.
Safety
IV treatment adds infection, contamination and vascular-access risks. A recent retrospective study reported gastrointestinal symptoms, increased heart rate and chest pressure during NAD⁺ infusions.
