Most members feel meaningful shifts in sleep quality, steady energy, and mood within the first 2–3 weeks. Biomarker changes typically show up at the 8–12 week re-test. We optimise for compounding change you can sustain, not week-one drama.

No. A wearable adds signal — particularly for sleep and recovery — but the program works without one. If you already wear something (ring, watch, band, CGM), we can integrate the data; if you don't, we use validated check-ins and lab markers instead.

We connect those signals with your labs, health history, habits and South Asian context, then translate them into a physician-designed Sprint with daily support and human escalation when needed. The goal isn't another score — it's coordinated change that can be measured over time.

A full-body checkup makes testing convenient and can help identify possible risks. Beyond23 begins where the report ends. We interpret your results alongside your wearable and daily life, identify the few priorities that matter now, support you through a focused Sprint, and remeasure to learn what actually worked. You can bring recent results from any accredited lab.

What evidence is the protocol based on?

Our recommendations draw on current clinical guidelines, systematic reviews, meta-analyses and high-quality trials — plus foundational research when it remains scientifically relevant. We grade each intervention as Established, Supported or Emerging, and disclose uncertainty clearly.

If you've completed your discovery consultation and feel the program isn't right for you before the protocol kickoff, we'll refund your fee minus the cost of any labs already drawn. We'll always be transparent about this in writing before you commit.

Your health data is yours. It's stored encrypted, accessed only by the clinicians and coach assigned to your care, and never sold. You can export or delete your data at any time by writing to our team.

Do you use AI on my data?

We use models to surface patterns across biomarkers and behaviour — for example, flagging that your HRV drops two days after late dinners. Clinicians review every protocol change before it reaches you. AI assists; it doesn't decide.

Do you share data with insurers or employers?

Never without your explicit, written consent. If your employer sponsors your membership, they receive aggregate, de-identified engagement reporting only — never your individual data.
