Your health is a moving system.
Our science follows it over time.

Beyond23 connects labs, wearable trends, health history and daily behaviour across time—then turns them into focused, evidence-informed Sprints designed around what matters now.

    6 Dimensions
    Designed for South Asians

    Why context matters

South Asian context changes what deserves attention first.

South Asians can develop cardiometabolic risk at lower BMI. Beyond23 looks beyond weight, connecting family history, labs, sleep, movement and recovery to reveal the fuller picture.

    01

    Look beyond weight

BMI cannot show fat distribution, muscle quality or how effectively the body is regulating glucose. We use it as one signal—not the conclusion.

    02

    Read patterns, not flags

A result can be within reference range and still deserve attention when it is changing alongside family history or related biomarkers.

    03

    Prioritise earlier

The objective is not more testing. It is identifying which validated signals deserve attention now—and which do not.

South Asian context informs prioritisation and interpretation. It does not replace validated laboratory reference ranges, clinical guidelines or medical diagnosis.

    Our evidence standard

    Evidence, filtered for real life.

Every recommendation is assessed for strength, relevance and safety before entering your plan.

    Strength

We prioritise clinical guidelines, systematic reviews and high-quality trials.

    Relevance

Evidence is considered alongside your biology, history, goals and South Asian context.

    Safety

Recommendations stay within physician-defined guardrails. Medical concerns are escalated appropriately.

Established · Supported · Emerging — so you can see how confident the evidence is.

    Six dimensions

    Six dimensions. One healthspan.

Healthspan is not a single score. Each dimension influences the others, so no protocol is designed in isolation.

    Most care

    Most care reacts. We anticipate.

Labs give depth. Wearables give frequency. Beyond23 connects the change.

Action, adherence and response inform the Sprint

Already have laboratory results, a smart ring, a fitness tracker, a smartwatch or CGM? Bring them. Beyond23 is designed to make your existing data more useful.

    How it learns

    One plan. Measured over time.

Longitudinal health is more than continuous tracking. It connects an intentional change with the response that follows.

    01

    Integrate

Bring together labs, wearable trends, health history, routines and the outcomes you care about.

    02

    Prioritise

Identify the smallest number of evidence-supported levers most likely to matter now.

    03

    Practise

Translate those priorities into a focused Sprint that fits real life, with support when friction appears.

    04

    Learn

Track adherence and response, remeasure at appropriate intervals, and use what changed to shape the next cycle.

Important clarification. Wearable signals can change daily. Laboratory markers change on different timelines. Beyond23 does not retest everything after every Sprint; measurement cadence follows biological relevance and clinical appropriateness.

    What we read together

    Many signals. One prioritised picture.

Beyond23 may use laboratory biomarkers, derived measures, wearable trends and member-reported context. The exact inputs depend on what is relevant—not on reaching the largest possible panel.

    Metabolic

HbA1c, fasting glucose, insulin-related measures where appropriate, waist-to-height ratio and CGM data when used.

Above are just example biomarkers. Beyond23 does not diagnose from these signals; results that may require medical evaluation are referred appropriately.

    What the evidence shows

    Research, with context.

A few findings that shape how Beyond23 thinks about healthspan.

    Some risk can be changed

Up to 45% of dementia cases may be preventable or delayed by addressing 14 modifiable risk factors.

    Relationships matter

Social isolation was associated with a 32% higher risk of death across 90 studies. This is an association—not proof of cause.

    More is not always better

Step-related benefits levelled at roughly 6,000–8,000 daily steps for adults over 60, with a higher range for younger adults.

    Safety by design

AI finds patterns. Humans set the boundaries.

Beyond23 helps you understand and act on your health data. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace medical care.

    AI connects the signals

It organises your data, identifies patterns and surfaces relevant evidence.

    Coaches help you act

Human support turns recommendations into changes that work in real life.

    Medical concerns are escalated

Results or symptoms requiring medical attention are referred for appropriate clinical care.
